About
A I R F I N A N A L Y T I C S
I’m proud to announce the launch of my new business venture,
A I R F I N A N A L Y T I C S L L C.
I founded Airfin Analytics in 2023 with the mission of improving the analysis, visualization, and interpretation of real estate valuation. Mass appraisal is a complex subject. When I first experienced the power and speed of interactive data visualization, it became clear that simple spreadsheets could be transformed into entirely new data ecosystems. Utilizing interactive data visualization tools, I began building report environments to better serve the day-to-day needs of the municipal assessor's office.
As my work progressed, it became evident that my interactive data analytics knowledge could be shared with colleagues and coworkers to enhance data analysis and interpretation for their work, for their clients, and for property owners. Fast forward to today, and I am pleased to be collaborating with both government and private sector companies, exploring the power of the exciting business intelligence revolution.

THE COMPANY NAME
The word Airfin is an informal spin on the surname IRVINE - pronounced Er-vin.
In Scotland, the pronunciation of the surname sounds like A I R f i n. This made for an easy company name choice.
